If you want to upload your file in dropbox, you can do this in two ways. Process#1-You can upload your files by logging in to your dropbox account and then click on upload and then select the file you want to upload and that’s it, after a while it will be uploaded. Process#2- you can upload your files directly from your computer folder by simply installing dropbox PC software. After downloading that software, install the software. After completing the installation, you will see a folder name “Dropbox”. You can see that folder at the top left side of your my computer if you are using windows 7. Now you just have to drag and drop your files in that folder and when your internet connection is active and when you start your dropbox software, it will start uploading automatically.
Sharing a folder in dropbox
You can share your files with anyone you select. Follow the below steps-
1# Log in to your dropbox account.
2# At the “Home” directory, you can find a button “Share a folder” just beside the search option. Click on that.
3# Then a new window will come up. On that window, you will see two options. One is to create a new folder and then share it and other option is to share an existing folder.
4# If you choose to create a new folder and then share that folder, then type the name of the folder and then click “Next”. Then you will have another option. There you can select the person to whom you want to share your files. You can also send a personal message with the invitation. Then click “Share Folder”.
5# If you select the “I’d like to share an existing folder”, then select the folder that you want to share and then click “Next”. After that, you will have to select the person you want to share your files and you can type a personal message with the invitation. Then click “Share Folder”.
